Title: Stitch Me Deadly
Author: Amanda Lee
Series: An Embroidery Mystery, Book 2
Pages: 325
Mini-Review:
Marcy and friends are back for the second installment of the Embroidery Mystery series. It started as a typical day for Marcy. As soon as she opened the door to her shop, the Seven-Year Stitch, her first customer arrived. The woman asks Marcy for help with finding "ivy". She shows Marcy a family heirloom⎯an embroidery sampler⎯which Marcy finds breathtaking. Minutes later, the woman collapses on the floor and dies. Grief stricken, Marcy decides to pursue "ivy" to grant the woman's last wish.
As Marcy gets closer to finding the mysterious ivy, she realizes the woman's death may not have been due to natural causes. Looks like someone wanted her dead and Marcy is next on the killer's list.

I love your blog, Shonda! I enjoy embroidery...needlepoint and cross stitch, too. Are you only a mystery reader or are you also a stitcher? Find me on my blog sometime, too!

Hi Deb! Thanks for stopping by. No I don't do embroidery, needlepoint or cross stitch. I do, however love a good cozy mystery.
