Happy Holidays
As 2009 rapidly approaches, I've decided to close out the year by reading The Flower Shop Mystery Series by Kate Collins. I finished book 3, Dearly Depotted, yesterday and immediately began Snipped in the Bud. I really like this series and I've added my name to the waitlist for Evil in Carnations, book 8, which will be released in February.
I spent time this week thinking about my reading goals for 2009 and the books I want to read. I think I will start the year by reading The Host. I've read great reviews about this book and I really liked the Twilight Saga. I thought about listening to the audiobook, however as soon as the thought entered my mind, it quickly left. I think reading, for me, will be the way to go.
This is an early post for me. Usually I write during the afternoon. Today will be quite busy. I hope I can get some reading in. The good news is I will end my day at church for our Christmas Cantata. I've been patiently waiting for this.
